Biographical Information

I have been a Pharmacy Technician for almost 20 years.  I began my career in high school.  I continued my career while getting my BS in Food and Nutrition at Texas Tech in Lubbock, TX.  I then joined the Peace Corps for 2 years.  I was stationed in Cote D’Ivoire, West Africa.  I was a Rural Health Educator in a small, Muslim village.  After I returned from Africa, I worked two years as a Pharmacy Technician in Washington, D.C., where I met and married my husband.  We then moved back to Texas, where I worked for United Pharmacy and began teaching for Vernon College
